About the Program

We are launching an open-source intelligence (OSINT) video bounty program that pays $3–$8 per verified submission. Contributors must send recent, original, on-the-ground footage that includes an exact timestamp, precise location, and a detailed description of the event and its aftermath. All videos are verified before payment. Full OPSEC protection is provided by default submitters can remain completely anonymous or choose to be credited.

How to Participate

Participation is simple JOIN our Telegram channel and DM the admin for submission instructions. Payments are processed monthly, primarily in Bitcoin, with Western Union or other methods available for certain countries.

Original, never-before-seen footage from journalists, soldiers, civilians, or anyone witnessing conflict and destruction in:

Sanctions Notice

Due to sanctions, we are unable to process payments to individuals located in or citizens of: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Belarus, Russia, Myanmar, or Sudan. However, we still welcome your footage and will publish verified submissions — we simply cannot process payment in those cases.

Legal & Compliance

This program operates in full compliance with U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations and all applicable U.S. sanctions laws. Payments will not be issued to any individual or entity on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list, regardless of location.

By submitting footage, contributors grant Societal News a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, edit, distribute, and monetize the content in any format or medium. Contributors warrant they are the original creator and have full rights to license the content. Submitting content you did not record or do not own rights to is prohibited.

Submission does not guarantee publication, distribution, or payment. All content is subject to verification and editorial discretion. Contributors are responsible for ensuring their submission complies with applicable privacy laws in their jurisdiction. Societal News assumes no liability for third-party claims arising from submitted content. Fraudulent submissions will be disqualified and banned.
